Although we keep many of our stock chocolates on hand, custom
orders may take a few days to a few weeks to produce. Please order your custom
chocolates well in advance of the date you expect delivery.
We take great care in packaging Jan's Homemade Candies to ensure
the highest quality of our products. But please keep in mind the following
when placing your order:
- We use FedEx and USPS to ship all our orders within the continental United
States.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A telephone number at the destination is
required.
- We offer 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air service within the continental
United States.
- If the shipping location has temperatures over 75 degrees, Next Day Air
is required.
- Saturday deliveries are only available with Next Day Air Service and
are subject to an additional $10.00 charge.
- Due to temperature differences across the country, we may choose not
to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality on arrival
